Oversaw delivery frameworks, creative standards alignment, and long-term growth strategy as Director of Operations.
Account ownership and creative strategist for a brand definition effort for a boutique software firm. I oversaw delivery plans and functioned as the main creative strategist and copywriter. Also oversaw the extension of the newly defined brand to a fully responsive website design.
Account lead on the definition and extension of a subbrand for a new line of products launched by Scotts MiracleGro. Acted as primary account owner, creative strategist and liaison between partner agencies. Extended subbrand to a print campaign.
Senior account ownership for the agency's primary client, SiriusXM. I oversaw the integrated Figma design system establishment and rebrand effort and the eventual extension of these pieces to a fully redesigned streaming app experience, launched November 2023.
